The length of therapy is different for everyone and depends on your goals, needs, and progress. Some people benefit from a few sessions focused on a specific concern, while others choose longer-term support for ongoing personal growth or deeper challenges. Your therapist will regularly check in with you to make sure therapy continues to meet your needs.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected cost of your mental health care. Before you begin services, you can request a written estimate of the expected cost of therapy services. This estimate is designed to help you understand potential expenses and make informed decisions about your care. Because therapy needs can change over time, actual costs may vary.
