Kameika Bagio, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I believe meaningful growth and change become possible when we begin to understand the stories, experiences, and attachment patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.

  • I primarily work with individuals who want to explore how their childhood experiences and attachment patterns shape the way they see themselves and relate to others. If you noticed reoccurring dynamics in your relationships or find yourself questioning why you respond the way you do, therapy can be a space to gently unpack those patterns and better understand their roots.

  • I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ populations. I draw from Narrative, Humanistic, CBT, and ACT approaches to help clients better understand their stories, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Together, we focus on creating meaning, strengthening self-awareness, and developing practical tools that support growth and lasting change.

  • My ideal clients are seeking deeper self-awareness and meaningful change. They're open to exploring their past, making connections to the present, and building more secure, fulfilling relationships. I strive to create a space grounded in curiousity, empathy, and even humor -where you can feel safe to reflect, process, and grow.
