I am trained in Relational Life Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, Gottman method, Attachment-based, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and ACT therapy.
I am currently working towards a PhD in sexology with a specialization in addictions. I am currently under supervision to become a certified sex therapist.
I’m a trauma therapist with over 12 years of experience working with adults and couples. I’ve been married for over two decades to a retired Army combat veteran, an experience that deeply shaped my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the importance of safe, supportive relationships.
