I am Monica Wilson, an attachment and trauma informed therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals and couples build healthier, more connected relationships. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband for 21 years, an experience that grounds my work in both professional training and real-life partnership. My approach integrates Relational Life Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, and the Gottman method, allowing me to trailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, traveling, reading or volunteering in the community.

Hi, I am Kameika. I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy for adults who are seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. I strive to create a supportive , non-judgmental space where you can feel safe exploring your experiences, strengthening understanding, and building skills to navigate life with greater confidence.
I work with individuals and couples facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, ADHD, substance use, identity exploration, LGBTQ+ issues, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, strength-based and narrative approaches.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, watching hockey, going on adventures, and expressing my creativity through makeup—experimenting with colors and styles is my way of having fun and exploring self-expression.
